ALL NEW CLIENTS LOOKING TO BOOK A SPA SERVICE AND OR SPECIALTY SERVICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE A $50-$75 DEPOSIT. THIS WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE THE DAY OF.
NO SHOW

PLEASE RESPECT OUR TIME AS WE DO YOURS. WE DO NOT GET PAID IF YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR YOUR SERVICE. WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS HOWEVER
SHOULD YOU NO SHOW, WE KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. ADDITIONALLY IN ORDER TO BOOK ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT ANOTHER DEPOSIT DOWN. WE SEND EMAIL AND TEXT REMINDERS TO ENSURE YOU DO NOT FORGET.
CANCELATIONS

THINGS HAPPEN, KIDS GET SICK, WE UNDERSTAND THESE THINGS COME UP. SHOULD ANYTHING COME UP AND YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, WE DO REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE. CANCELATIONS MADE THE DAY OF WILL RESULT IN A FEE BASED ON YOUR SERVICE SCHEDULED.
